I Handle These Types of Immigration Cases

I represent clients in US immigration matters in all states and throughout the world. These are the types of cases I handle:

* Business Visas (B-1/ESTA, all E visas, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, TN-NAFTA)

Guidance for US employers and principals, and foreign nationals in business and employment cases. E visas include E-1 (treaty trader), E-2 (treaty investor, below), and E-3 (Australian professionals). I handle NAFTA cases for Canadian and Mexican professional-level workers. This includes accompanying family members; L-2 spouses may work in the United States.

* E-2 Entrepreneur/Investor Visas

For foreign entrepreneurs and individual/corporate investors, based on treaties with the United States. To register the business investment with US consulates, for approval to issue E-2 investor/key employee visas. Includes accompanying family members; spouses may work in the United States.

* Employment-Based Permanent Residence Cases

For American businesses, colleges and universities, and multinational companies to sponsor key employees for permanent residence. I advise and assist individuals of expertise, and those who will benefit the US national interest, in employer-waived permanent residence cases. Includes accompanying family members. I do not handle EB-5 cases but am available to discuss less costly, expeditious alternatives.

* Permanent Residence for Family Members

I assist American citizens and their fiancé(e)s, spouses, and other qualifying family members.

* Waivers to Avoid Disqualification for Illegal Entry, Etc.

Our office has had much success with waivers, especially the "I-601A Provisional Waiver" for family members of US citizens.

* DACA - Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

Since 2012 we have helped dozens of young people to get permission to work and Social Security registration, so they may continue their education and careers.

* Naturalization

For permanent residents who wish to become United States citizens.

* Asylum

For people who are asking the United States for protection against persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, political opinion, ethnicity, or social identity.

* Appeals, Waivers, and Requests for Reconsideration

I offer these services, to help overcome USCIS denials of the above applications.
