Humberto Dominguez, on behalf of the Estate of Elizabeth Dominguez sued the City of San Francisco for worngful death of 4-year-old girl. Claiming the driver of the mini truck was negligent when he drove into the intersection of Potrero Avenue and 24th Street. Elizabeth was walking with her mother on Feb. 11, 2003, when she was struck by the mini truck and pinned up against the side of a restaurant.
