Case Number: Unknown

Date: 04/16/05

State: Alabama

Details:

Judith Anderson, individually and as representative of the Estate of William Dennis Anderson, sued Thomas Bradley, Schneider National Inc. and Schneider National Bulk Carriers Inc. claiming that the defendants' negligence caused the wrongful death of William, age 51. Jury awarded plaintiff $12.5 million.

Verdict Outcome:

Jury returned a verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $12.5 million
