Paul Stewart and Coffee Pro Inc. sued Leroy Hill Coffee Co. for slander. Mr. Stewart and Coffee Pro Inc. accuses vice president Greg King and salesman Rick Gates of criticizing its product and ethics. Mr. King And Mr. Gates also described one of the company's salesmen as a coffee thief and homosexual. Leroy Hill Coffee has 22 locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi. Stewart married Hill's daughter before starting Coffee Pro in 1994 and originally worked for Hill for seventeen years.
