Petition for Fiance Visa - I-129F

The petition for a fiance visa is designed to allow forein nationals entry into the US for the purposes of marrying a US citizen. It is valid for a period of four months, but can be extended to allow completion of the K-3 visa process. Some requirement are as follows:

• 1 The applicant must marry the intended US citizen within a period of 90 days from entry to the US.
• 2 Administrative processes such as digital fingerprinting, medical examination may be necessary, depending on the country of origin.
• 3 Birth Certificate from country of origin
• 4 Evidence of Finacial Support
• 5 Proof of Legitimate Relationship

Employment in the US

This visa does not automatically qualify the a person to work in the US, however, once married, an adjustment of Status may be applied for.
