Supreme Court Vote Upholds Controversial Section of Voting Rights Act

Monday, the Supreme Court ruled 8-1 that Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, established in 1965 to help prevent discrimination against voters, is still valid and necessary.  The court did, however, alter the law to allow states that have had a clean record for at least a decade to apply for exemption.

Arizona Court Receives Claims Filings Against Zicam Manufacturer

On Monday, 117 claims were filed in the Arizona Superior Court against the Scottsdale based Matrixx Initiatives,. Matrixx Initiatives manufactures the zinc based Zicam Nasal spray. Hillary Clinton Elbow Fracture Will Require Surgery
