High Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Results in Stiffer Sentence for Pennsylvania Cop

A former part-time Pennsylvania police officer was sentenced to three days in jail for driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .40 percent. Steven Klinger was sentenced last week for a DUI charge stemming back to July 2007 when he was stopped by police and found to be driving with a BAC level five times over the legal limit. In addition to the three days in jail, he was fined $1,000.
