The National Transportation Safety Board Examines Airbus Incidents

Former Minuteman Member Arrested for Home Invasion and Murder

Twelve days following a home invasion in Arivaca, Arizona, police have arrested three Arizona residents on charges of first-degree murder, burglary, and aggravated assault.  Police identified the suspects as Shawna Forde, 41, Jason Eugene Bush, 34, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42. VA Medical Center Errs in Nearly 100 Cancer Treatment Procedures

Ninety-two prostate cancer patients at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia were given incorrect doses of radiation during routine treatment for the disease.  The errors occurred over a span of six years and were made in approximately 80 percent of prostate cancer cases treated at the hospital.
