First Guantanamo Detainee Comes to U.S. for Trial

Oregon Woman Charged with Murder of Newborns Mother

Heather Snively, an eight-month pregnant Washington County, Oregon resident, was found dead last Friday in a kitchen crawl space in an Oregon home.  Twenty-eight year old Korena Roberts has been charged with Snively's murder.  Per Dr. Christopher Young, Snively was the victim of homicidal violence and died from blunt force trauma and sharp-force injuries.

California’s ‘Jessica Law’ Deemed Counterproductive
