I have spent a large portion of my life in business for myself. I have held a Real Estate Brokers license, Spent exstensive time in the road building business and home building business. My wife of 47 years and I have owned and managed HallMark card and gift stores and Camera and Computer stores. By being in business for myself for so many years, I learned how to interreact with people and how to treat both employees and customers.  I decided to become an attorney so that I could use my extensive business and people skills to solve legal problems for others.

My phylosophy is that legal problems are often better solved through negotiations than going to court. This not only saves time but saves money for my clients.  When a case is negotiated through mediation to a successful conclusion all parties are happier because they had input into the conclusion.
