Biography:

Daniel J. Welch focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and corporate law, including representing clients in matters involving automobile negligence, personal injury, civil rights and discrimination claims in state and federal court.  He is also currently serving as President of the Omaha City Council.

An Omaha native, he is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (B.A., 1993) and Creighton University School of Law (J.D., 1998).   He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1998, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
