The Firm was founded by the father and son team of Larry E. Welch Sr., with his extensive civil litigation background, and Larry E. Welch Jr., whose practice focuses on business and commercial law.  Litigator Daniel J. Welch, who is also currently the president of the Omaha City Council, joined his father and brother in the practice.
