Bradley Thrush is a longtime Tucsonan who has devoted his life to protecting the rights of others. After receiving his undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona and doing graduate work at UCLA, Mr. Thrush entered The University of Arizona Law School because "someone needs to stand up for the individual."
At law school, Mr. Thrush was an editor on the school's Journal of International and Comparative Law, but his heart was that of a trial attorney. Before graduating law school, Mr. Thrush had already represented clients in three jury trials and numerous bench trials. After law school, to better hone his trial skills, Mr. Thrush joined the City of Tucson Public Defenders Office where he successfully defended hundreds of cases.
In 1997, Mr. Thrush entered private practice where he has exclusively focused on representing people injured by the acts of others. Together with his associates, Mr. Thrush has assembled a team of skilled trial lawyers whose focus is the quaility representation of persons who have been injured by the negligence of others, who have been accused of crimes, and who are involved in divorce and other family law matters.
Since admission to practice law, Mr. Illes has always been committed to defending the rights of the accused. This commitment began when serving as deputy defender in Mohave County. Mr. Illes then relocated to Flagstaff to focus on cases throughout the northern Arizona counties. Several years and snowstorms later, Mr. Illes decided to give it a go in the warmer climate of southern Arizona.
He is proud to call Tucson his home and enjoys working with people of southern Arizona. Mr. Illes believes one of the most important rights the accused has is the right to trial. It is at trial that the state is held to the highest standard - guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Before anyone decides to give up this precious right, they need to be fully advised. In many cases, proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is difficult for the prosecution.

Taking the knowledge gained from 5.5 years as a prosecutor, Mr. Smith has been defending the rights of those accused of crimes since 2008. Mr. Smith also taught Criminal Procedure as a professor at Everest College. As both a highly seasoned trial attorney and a vigorous student of criminal law, Mr. Smith has obtained dismissals and substantial reductions in numerous serious cases.
