Walter Ulrich, Member of The Ulrich Law Firm, PLC
Walter Ulrich is a trial lawyer and founding member of the Ulrich Law Firm, PLC. After graduating from Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, Walter studied finance and German at Arizona State University. After graduation, Walter spent two years working for one of the largest banks in the United States performing compliance and operations audits and working on the bank’s Y2K compliance project before returning to Arizona State University for law school. Before founding The Ulrich Law Firm, Walter practiced with an international law firm and honed his skills representing some of the world’s largest corporations in complex commercial disputes, as well as representing individuals and corporations facing criminal prosecution and/or regulatory enforcement actions. At the Ulrich Law Firm, Walter now focuses his skills and experience to provide clients with exceptional legal representation, as well as personal attention, energetic representation, and a creative problem solving approach that incorporates an aggressive litigation strategy.
Walter has extensive experience representing clients, both individual and corporate, in criminal, regulatory, and professional licensing proceedings. Walter’s criminal defense experience includes defense of DUIs and other misdemeanor offenses, defense of felony matters including drug offenses, aggravated assault cases, homicide cases, and white collar matters, among others.
Walter’s litigation experience also extends to a wide array of complex civil matters including commercial disputes, real estate matters, condemnation and eminent domain cases, breach of contract disputes, matters involving allegations of fraud and consumer fraud, personal injury/wrongful death matters, partnership disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duties, among others.
Walter is a member of the Arizona State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
