Richard Reiter
Mr. Reiter is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Colorado. In addition, he is a member of the bar of the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2001.
