We will tell you what you need to hear. You do not need to hire an experienced personal injury trial attorney if your injuries are minimal or get better in a few weeks; if you do not need extensive and consistent medical care; if your MRI, X-Ray and CT Scan studies are normal; if you were in an accident and have not yet sought medical treatment; if you tripped and fell but cannot describe what caused you to fall; if you ran the red light; if you are not willing to listen to the honest assessment of your attorney; if you are not willing to follow the advice of your personal injury attorney or if you are looking for a fast, easy settlement. However, if you suffered trauma and sustained serious injuries that will require extended hospital care; surgery; extensive physical therapy; trigger point or epidural steroid injections; or if you suffered a spinal cord injury; broken or fractured bones; scarring; burns; disability or loss of earnings, then The Noll Law Firm should be your attorneys. Case History

Ceiling Collapse Injury

Practice Area: Personal Injury

Description: Our client was taking a shower in her rented apartment when the ceiling over the bathtub crashed down onto her, knocking her to the ground, causing a tear of the rotator cuff in her shoulder.

Outcome: Initially, the building's insurance carrier denied the claim. Our office litigated the case in Supreme Court Kings County. After completing the deposition of the building manager, and confronting him with the results of our extensive investigation that included the discovery of several other tenant complaints of leaks and plumbing issues in the building, defense counsel recommended a $125,000 settlement to the insurance carrier, which our client happily accepted.

Resume

The Noll Law Firm, P.C., (Syosset, NY)

Principal Attorney, 1994 - present

RICHARD E. NOLL, ESQ.
Richard E. Noll has been representing clients, injured by the negligence of others for over sixteen years. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in January, 1994 and the New Jersey State Bar in 1993. He is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He prides himself in always being more prepared than his adversary. It is his firm belief that a plaintiff’s attorney must first be honest with the client in the assessment of the case. Once it is determined that the client has a viable claim then it is necessary to be creative and tenacious in his representation.
After graduating from Binghamton University in 1990 he attended Brooklyn Law School where he was elected to the Moot Court Honor Society. He obtained his juris doctorate degree in 1993 and went on to become an associate of two of today’s pre-eminent personal injury trial attorneys where he developed his eye for the creative prosecution of injured plaintiff’s claims and the steadfast belief and practice of “over-preparation”. He firmly believes you must always be prepared to push the envelope in order maximize your client’s recovery.
After working as trial attorney and managing attorney for a large volume plaintiff’s personal injury firm for ten years, Richard E. Noll started his own firm in 2005 in order to concentrate on fewer clients and continue his practice of preparing every aspect of his client’s file as if each case was going to trial. He personally meets with every client of the firm and is always available for the client during and usually for many years after the conclusion of the case. “The greatest thanks I receive from a client is the referral of a friend or family member in need of a personal injury attorney.”
Many members of the bar retain Richard Noll as trial or special counsel. Attorneys who practice other disciplines of law and other personal injury attorneys who cannot devote the time necessary to develop and prepare their clients’ files, look to Richard Noll to represent their injured clients.
Richard E. Noll is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
