Rusty Messer, Member of Koch & Messer

Rusty practices the areas of personal injury, general litigation, medical malpractice, real estate, and estate planning.  He is admitted in all Louisiana state and federal courts.  He attended Southern University Law Center where he graduated cum laude.  He served on both Law Review and Moot Court.  Rusty is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, American Bar Association, and Sunrise Rotary Club.
