Sandra Serra, Member of The Law Offices of Sandra Serra

Sandra is our managing attorney.  She was born in New Jersey and grew up in a Spanish speaking household.  Sandra began practicing law over eight years ago and has established a reputation for effective and highly esteemed Social Security representation throughout the east coast.  Sandra’s interest in the rights of the disabled began when she represented workers who were disabled as a result of a work-related injury in Massachusetts. After working for a few years with one of the major law firms representing long-term disability insurance companies, she opened her own law practice and has been working for disabled workers ever since. 

She has handled hundreds of Social Security claims nationwide and has even traveled to Puerto Rico on numerous occasions to attend hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges.  She has helped obtained benefits for clients at all phases in this complicated procedure in many states. She has a thorough understanding of the multi-step process and the experience required to successfully pursue your claim for Social Security benefits.  She advocates vigorously for those men and women who can no longer work due to a chronic illness, injury or range of diseases.
