Paul Bailiff and John Herbig met while working in the litigation section at an 850-attorney, multi-national law firm. As part of that firm's commitment to the community, Paul and John were assigned family law cases on a pro bono basis through the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program, representing those who could not afford legal representation. When launching their own firm in 2010, they added family law to their civil litigation docket.
Prior to attending law school, John Herbig, Jr. earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in environmental and occupational health and safety, as well as earning certificates in hazardous materials and waste management. Additionally, he served as a nuclear, biological and chemical warfare specialist in the United States Army for four years.
Prior to law school, Paul D. Bailiff earned a BA in Government and BS in Speech Communication from the University of Texas and a Master's in Liberal Arts from the University of St. Thomas. Paul spend several years in pharmaceutical sales and training before attending Baylor University School of Law.
