Airplane/truck collision

Practice Area: Personal Injury

Description: A airport worker was severly injuried when an air traffic controller cleared an airliner to land on the same run way where the worker was sent to conduct tests run way traction tests.

Outcome: In a suit against the federal government, Elliott Dennis recovered a verdict of $5 million dollars from a federal judge in Anchorage, Alaska.

Description: Elliott Dennis represented a 33 year old father who stepped in a hole leaving a store and injuried his knees.
