Founder David F. David F. Makkabi
David F. Makkabi is an aggressive litigator that practices catastrophic injury and complex business litigation. Throughout his legal career, he has assisted businesses and individuals in recovering millions of dollars.
Mr. Makkabi received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles prior to attending Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court and other lower state courts, all four United States District Courts of the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Active in his professional community, Mr. Makkabi also spends his time assisting in pro bono matters and was a recipient of the State Bar of California Wiley M. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Â He is fluent in Spanish and Farsi. Mr. Makkabi is informed of the latest laws and litigation strategies by being an active member of several professional associations in order to further hone his litigation and trial skills.
