Mr. Russell has lived in Hawaii for 15 years and is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii. He has extensive experience in the areas of criminal law, including DUI, and family law, having worked as a Deputy Public Defender and as an associate at Coates & Frey, the largest family law firm in Honolulu. He is a skilled trial attorney that has successfully represented clients in all types of criminal matters. He has also handled numerous family law cases, including divorce, child custody, paternity, post-divorce, and post-paternity matters. Having spent most of his career in Hawaii, Mr. Russell has developed good working relationships with local attorneys, judges, prosecutors, and court staff. He is also licensed to practice in Florida, where he worked in a firm that specialized in DUI defense.
