Description: This was a high profile case featured on Washington's Most Wanted. My client was charged with Burglary in the First Degree and faced serious prison time if convicted.

Outcome: In spite of some very unfavorable evidence, I managed to obtain a HUNG JURY!

STATE V. HAY

Description: Client was charged with Reckless Endangerment after accidentally shooting a neighbor.

Outcome: After long negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charges DISMISSED after a period of good behavior.
