Description: BIA Appeal on whether Third Degree Attempted Arson in New York is an Aggravated Felony. Attorney Lahoud appeared before the Board of Immigration Appeals to present oral arguments -- only one of two oral arguments scheduled out of the tens of thousands of appeals the Board receives every year.

Outcome: Case is still pending.
