Joe is highly regarded as a leading attorney who routinely handles highly complex and sensitive legal and financial matters both nationally and internationally. He specializes in high profile and sensitive affairs that require comprehensive coordination of legal, media, political, and consulting efforts. Mr. Fluet has served as lead attorney on a wide variety of matters, including complex international mergers and acquisitions, government contract negotiations, internal financial investigations, high profile criminal defense cases, complex civil litigation, and corporate formation overseas. His clients range from technology and professional services firms to the nation’s largest aerospace, defense, and intelligence contractors. Joe has also had a distinguished career as a military commander and decorated combat Veteran. His career includes service in both active and reserve forces, spanning 20 years in airborne and special operations units. A veteran of conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other overseas locations, he is a seasoned combat commander with a widespread reputation as a leading expert in security, combat aviation, special operations, and counter-narcotics.
