Experience
The Advocate Attorney, LLC, (Orem, UT)
Owner, 2009 - present
While working for a civil/family law firm, I developed my own criminal defense practice. It grew to the point that I could only focus on criminal defense. As a result, I branched off and started The Advocate Attorney, LLC. Throughout the years, I've worked with several criminal defense attorneys that were formerly prosecutors, giving me a unique perspective and special ability to handle criminal defense cases aggressively and effectively.
Education
California Western School of Law, (San Diego, CA)
Juris Doctor, Law 2005
I received a full-tuition scholarship for my first year of law school and a fourth-tuition scholarship for each of the final two years. Also, I was selected, based on my grades, to be the Large Group Tutor for 70 students in Contracts and as Notetaker in Evidence, Law & Political Process, Remedies, Trusts & Estates and Torts
