Christina Kan is an associate attorney, specializing in all aspects of Immigration & Nationality Law. Ms Kan has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining family-based green cards, employment-based green cards, citizenships, labor certifications, waivers and asylums. In addition, she also prepares numerous nonimmigrant visa petitions ranging from professionals, outstanding researchers, doctors, managers, executives, artists/ entertainers, athletes and persons of extraordinary ability.
Ms. Kan also has extensive experience in preparing Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor visas and regularly develops innovative solutions, for entrepreneurs investing in the United States.

Christina Kan received her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo, where she also graduated cum laude, with majors in legal studies and psychology,
Serving as an Associate Editor for both the Buffalo Women's Law Journal and Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal, Ms. Kan has also competed in the prestigious criminal law Weschler Moot Court Competition. Additionally, she has worked at both the Securities Clinic and Immigration Clinic. At the Immigration Clinic, her work focused primarily, on employment based immigration petitions and labor certifications. While at the Securities Clinic, Miss Kan focused her attention on assisting individual investors in disputes with securities dealers, brokers and advisers.
Prior to joining the prestigious firm of Teplen & Associates, Ms. Kan worked at the Department of Homeland Security, Customs & Border Protection where she researched legal issues in federal security and drafted advisory memos relating to customs and border matters. As an intern, Miss Kan clerked for a Supreme Court Judge, drafting orders and bench memorandums.
