Glen Pascual, Member of Tateishi & Pascual

For over a decade, Glen R. Pascual, a principal of Tateishi & Pascual, has represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters.  He represents clients suffering from injuries sustained as a result of auto and truck accidents, dental and medical malpractice, and product liability.  Mr. Pascual also has extensive experience representing the families of those who have died as a result of the negligence of another party in wrongful death actions.

Mr. Pascual is a native of Maui, having been born in Wailuku in 1971 and raised in Lahaina.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Political Science from the University of Hawaii in 1993 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lahainaluna High School in 1989.  Mr. Pascual is admitted to practice in the State of Hawaii.

Mr. Pascual maintains membership to many professional organizations, including the Maui County Bar, Hawaii State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Consumer Lawyers of Hawaii, and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of American (ATLA)).
