Diana K. Zilko has been a trial attorney for the last 13 years, maintaining her boutique office in beautiful Downtown Brea for the last 10 years.  She handles personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as family law matters (divorce/child custody), estate planning (wills/trusts), and bankruptcy.

Cases are handled from their inception, all the way through the litigation process to trial, if necessary.  Ms. Zilko's focus is to resolve matters so that the client achieves the greatest benefit possible.  Most times, cases are settled without a lawsuit being filed.  However, others require mediation, arbitration, or trial before they are resolved.

Because every case has the potential to be litigated, Ms. Zilko prepares cases for that possibility from the very beginning.  Gathering evidence early, and skillfully building the case, helps ensure the best chance for a successful outcome.
