Case History
Rear-end Automobile Collision
Practice Area: Personal Injury
Description: Though it is usually clear who is at fault in a rear-end collision, insurance companies defend the cases vigorously in an attempt to pay as little as possible. That means they dispute the person's injuries, medical treatment, expenses, and lost wages.
Outcome: We went to trial in Newport Beach, CA, and a jury in that notoriously conservative area awarded 100% of the amount we were seeking. Prior to trial, the Defendant had offered only half of that amount. We also recovered litigation and trial expenses.
