Andrew, Member of Spitler Huffman, LLP

Andrew has been practicing law in Ohio since 2005. He received his B.S. from Miami University in 2001 and his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Toledo in 2005. He currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer for the Wood County Bar Association as well as on the foundation boards of the Bowling Green Schools Foundation and Alicia's Voice.   His practice areas include simple and complex estate planning, real estate law (including landlord/tenant, zoning and closing represenation), business law (including business formation and dissoultion, employee matters, and the sale and purchase of business entities), and formation and representation of non-profit entities.
