Firm Overview

Smith + Schwartzstein is a family run firm emphasizing practical, real world solutions for its clients. Andrew Smith and Kathryn Schwartzstein founded the firm in 2009 so that they could make big firm legal expertise accessible to small businesses and individuals. It is our prior experience working at large firms and corporations that allows us to help small business and individual clients achieve their goals. At the same time, we also believe that a small firm atmosphere is the best way to develop a close, personal relationship with our clients.
