Christopher Simon, Member of Simon Law Firm

Mr. Simon practices exclusively in the area of Georgia personal injury law. He represents the victims of serious accidents throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Simon graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 1997. He spent 9 years defending insurance companies while working for a variety of insurance defense firms and as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance. He left the world of insurance defense several years ago and now represents Georgians against major insurance corporations.

Mr. Simon has an intimate working knowledge of the strategies and tactics that will maximize his client’s ability to obtain just compensation for the harm done to them. In addition to being an accomplished trial lawyer, Chris is also a registered Atlanta mediator. He was recognized for his hard work by his peers when they voted him into Georgia Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite" list in 2009 and he was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2009 and 2010. In January 2010, his most recent book, The Georgia Guide to Buying Car Insurance and Handling Car Accident Claims was published and is available on Amazon.com.

Chris has been married to his wife, Tyree for 10 years and they have a 7 year old daughter, Julia Brantley and a 4 year old son, Churchill. Tyree is an Atlanta native and a graduate of the Westminster Schools and the University of Georgia. They live in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia.
