William Sherman has handled a wide variety of legal issues for a wide range of corporate, individual and government clients. His experience includes being appointed an Assistant State Attorney General in New York and as an Assistant County Attorney on Long Island.  Mr. Sherman is a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and earned his Juris Doctorate at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.  

Valerie Sherman has broad legal experience which includes serving as a New York State Child Support Magistrate Judge and as an Assistant County Attorney on Long Island.  She also has worked at prominent law firms practicing civil and criminal law.  Ms. Sherman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City and she was awarded her Juris Doctorate at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.  She also is a certified mediator in the state of Georgia.
