A. Scott Waddell’s practice focuses primarily on transportation, consumer protection (including the Kansas Consumer Protection, Missouri Merchandising Practices, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts), personal injury, construction and business litigation. Mr. Waddell is the President-elect of the Kansas Bar Association - Litigation Section, where he served as an officer for the previous two years.
