While at Rogers & Wells, Vivian's varied national practice included acquisitions and sales of office, retail and hotel properties, financings of multiple commercial property portfolios representing both lenders and borrowers (including structured real estate financing and securitized loans, construction lending, and loan restructurings and work-outs) and commercial leasing, both office and retail.
