Charles Runyan, Ph.D., has been practicing intellectual property law since 1997.
Recently, he left corporate practice, where he managed the Drug-eluting Stent portfolio of a major Bay Area corporation, to form his own law firm in Northern Arizona.
His practice focuses on patent preparation, prosecution, portfolio management, and opinion work. He also prepares trademark clearance opinions and trademark applications.
Chuck represents individuals and businesses, start-ups through large, multi-national pharmaceutical companies, in their pursuit and enforcement of patent rights throughout the United States and worldwide.
In the past, Chuck has been associated with multinational law firms and managed patent portfolios at a major Chemical company and a major medical-device and pharmaceutical company with many hundreds of patent families in each portfolio.
