Richard H. Rubin is a member of Rubin & Licatesi PC, and has practiced Real Estate Law with a broad based interest in representing mortgage bankers, institutional investors, businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate lending, purchase, sales and leasing transactions. Mr. Rubin coordinates a team of real estate attorneys, paralegals and real estate professionals combining many years of experience in the real estate community.

As has been widely described, a significant portion of his practice continues to meet the current economic conditions and demands which have significantly affected the rights and obligations of businesses and families managing loan modification issues and defending foreclosure actions.
