Resolution Point’s president, Danny Burk, is an attorney licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1981 and the District of Columbia since 1984. A Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator, Mr. Burk has been able to help clients and lawyers find better results than what happens with a completely adversarial process.

President & Founder, 1987 - 2000

Mr. Burk was the founder, owner and President of Compass Computer Services, Inc. from 1987 until he sold Compass in 2000. He has extensive first-hand experience with technology issues, as well as day-to-day business operations. He managed all technical, financial and administrative aspects of this computer and telecommunications consulting firm. Technical services he provided and for which he managed others included:
* Selection, acquisition and configuration of new micro and minicomputers, local area networks, wide area networks and telephone systems.
* New software application design, development and implementation.
* Systems integration.
* Hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Planning for computer and telecommunication needs in new office space.
* Planning and implementing equipment relocations associated with office moves.
