Attorney Rebecca Cornia's legal office is a small boutique practice with a primary focus on family law. A small firm allows Rebecca to give her personal attention to each client. Rebecca Cornia

Rebecca has 22 years experience in the practice of law. She was
a former Assistant Professor at Chapman University School of Law and
spent four years teaching at San Diego University School of Law.


Rebecca graduated from Harvard Law School in 1986 and began
practicing with a large firm in San Diego. Leaving corporate
practice in 1992, she has focused on the needs of individual rather than corporate clients.


Her experience includes ten years with legal services corporations
helping families with divorce and other family law matters. She
also served as the legal director for a group of non-profit corporations
in North America, giving her a background in business and tax law. This experience has proved invaluable in marital property settlements and other financial issues in family law.


Rebecca is experienced in the areas of mediation and collaborative
divorce.
She is a caring and determined advocate. Rebecca has worked
for Legal Services (representing low income clients) and for the Shelter
from the Storm Center in Palm Springs (for victims of domestic
violence).
