Ryan Kuhn, Member of Ralph A. Kerns & Associates

Ryan D. Kuhn is a litigation associate. He focuses his practice in the areas of domestic relations, including, divorce, dissolution, annulment, child custody, international divorce recognition and kidnapping, adoption, and child support.  Although he believes that an uncontested resolution is typically in his clients’ best interest, Mr. Kuhn is no stranger to litigation.

Mr. Kuhn graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School. During his tenure at Capital, Mr. Kuhn served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Student Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee, and Editor of the Law Review.  Mr. Kuhn graduated a member of the Order of the Curia, recognizing outstanding academic achievement.  His academics qualified him for an externship with the Honorable Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton of the Ohio Supreme Court.

Mr. Kuhn is admitted to the Ohio state bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

He currently resides in Grandview Heights with his beautiful wife, Melissa.  In addition to practicing law, Mr. Kuhn is an avid triathlete and enjoys outdoor recreation.
