Our staff of paralegals are trained to handle all aspects of real estate closings and all employees participate in continuing legal education to enhance their skill level.
Rhinold Lamar Ponder earned his bachelors degree in political science, with honors from Princeton University. He also achieved masters in Journalism and African American Studies while a Martin Luther King Fellow at Boston University. He earned his juris doctorate from New York University Law School where he was the editor-in-chief of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change.
His work in the community is extensive. He presides over the Board of Trustees of Crossroads Theatre and Mercer Charter School of the Arts in addition to his work on the boards of Middlesex County Legal Services and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the Supreme Court Ethics Committee and the District VIII Fee Arbitration Panel. He also served as a Public Defender for South Brunswick, a muniicpal prosecutor for the City of Newark and designated counsel for the New Jersey Public Defender Appellate Division.
