Philip Weiser earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Weiser spent 15 years as a police officer in Sedgwick and Reno Counties, learning the intricacies of how criminal cases are processed and tried.  He has been able to draw upon this experience as well as his prior experience as a County Attorney Prosecutor for Cowley County in order to provide his clients with legal counsel that comes from an informed point of view.
