Robbery in the Second Degree - Not Guilty Verdict

Outcome: After a short deliberation, the jury came back with a "not guilty" verdict.
DUI Reduced to a Traffic Infraction

Description: A client was charged with a DUI in Snohomish County District Court. He aspired to become a firefighter and could not afford to have a criminal conviction on his record.
Outcome: After hard negotiating and our ability to suppress the breath test, our firm was able to get our client a Negligent Driving in the Second Degree, which is a traffic infraction and not a criminal charge. He later qualified to become a firefighter.
Appeal Granted - Washington Court of Appeals, Division 1

Description: We handled an appeal for our client who was sentenced to several years in prison. We highlighted some procedural errors in the original trial.
Outcome: The Court of Appeals, Division I remanded and the appeal was granted on one of the issues.
