Glenn Nieves is the firm's founding partner.  After several years of practicing law at some of the nation's preeminent law firms, Glenn opened up the firm with the goal of provide the California business community with excellent legal representation in a cost effective manner that does not sacrifice quality and exceeds our clients' expectations.

Glenn has represented businesses and entrepreneurs in various industries (such as defense, media, software, apparel, clean technology, food, technology, manufacturing and automobile).  His principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisition transactions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, licensing transactions, general corporate law and general business counseling.
