John P. Nelson, Member of Nelson & Broadbent

John P. Nelson has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2001. He specializes in the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Entertainment Law, Copyrights and Trademarks, Contracts, Business Law, and Estate Planning.
Attorney Nelson is a lifelong resident of Worcester, Massachusetts. He attended the Bancroft School in Worcester, Massachusetts and continued his education at Cornell University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government.
After graduating from Cornell University, Attorney Nelson worked for two years at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Human Resources. He was then employed by Staples, Inc. in Human Resources for seven years, where he worked his way through law school.
Attorney Nelson attended Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, earning his law degree in 2000, and opened his own firm in 2001.

Outside of practicing law, he is actively involved in the arts and entertainment community for Worcester County.
