Since June 1982 1 have had my own practice in White Plains, New York. In November 1995, I opened my second office in Putnam County, in Carmel, New York. Although my practice has always emphasized bankruptcy, my legal experience has been broad, covering all types of personal and business issues and transactions, including real estate (homes, condos, co-ops, sales and leases); corporate matters, including establishing corporations, shareholder or partnership agreements, buy and sell agreements; collections of amounts due; Wills and Estates.

My bankruptcy practice and experience is extensive, representing both debtors and creditors, in a very wide range of matters. My clients have included individuals; small businesses, such as a bookstore, pharmacy and a coin and stamp exchange; to a fur trader; national mail order catalogue; and a bus company.

I have been invited to speak at Westchester and New York State lawyer seminars. My topics have been bankruptcy in general and in particular, the interplay of bankruptcy and divorce law. I have also written articles published in the newsletter of the Family and Matrimonial Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association.
