Niels P. Murphy, Member of Murphy & Anderson, P.A

Mr. Murphy has handled hundreds of complex injury cases. He is a member of the American, Florida, Federal and Jacksonville Bar Associations. Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice before all courts of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He has an “AV” rating in the renowned Martindale-Hubbell legal directory, which is reserved for attorneys who have “usually practiced for many years, and [are] recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.”

Mr. Murphy serves as a Barrister in the prestigious Chester Bedell Inn of Court and cis the former Chair of the Commercial Litigation Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association. He is an active member of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of The Florida Bar, and was recently selected as part of the 2009 Edition of Super Lawyers.

Mr. Murphy graduated cum laude in the top 10% of his class from Vanderbilt University and achieved his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
