Robert Mogle, Member of Mogle Law
Prior to starting his own practice in 2003, Mr. Mogle was First Associate at the Miami law firm of Casablanca and Associates, P.A. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of Immigration Law. He has represented clients in interviews at the Miami Immigration Office, at the Miami Asylum Office, and in Immigration Court. He has practiced before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has also represented clients before United States Embassies and Consulates throughout the world.
Mr. Mogle firmly believes that the United States benefits enormously from the contributions of immigrants. He has represented families and individuals from the following countries:
