Brandon, originally from Lexington, Tennessee, has been a resident of Arkansas since 2003 when he moved to Little Rock to attend the UALR Bowen School of Law. While obtaining his law degree, Brandon was active in the Student Bar Association and served as Class Representative, Vice-President, and President during his tenure. Further, Brandon was elected to serve on the American Bar Association — Law Student Division Board of Governors where he represented the interests of all law students from the states of Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Brandon participated in the law school's Litigation and Tax Clinics where he provided legal representation to financially disadvantaged clients while obtaining his law degree.

Since graduating from law school, Brandon and Michael Phillips established the law firm, Moffitt & Phillips, PLLC based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Moffitt & Phillips, PLLC is a litigation firm focusing in plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation, real estate litigation, and criminal defense. Further, Brandon has become active within several legal organizations. Brandon was elected to the Executive Counsel for the Young Lawyers Division of the Arkansas Bar Association, was elected as Chair-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division for the 2009-2010 term, and has been  appointed to serve on the Technology Committee, Law School Committee, Annual Meeting Committee, and Member Benefits Committee for the Association. Additionally, Brandon has taken an active role in the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and was named Co-Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer for 2009 and also named to the Association’s Legislative Committee. Further, Brandon has served as the Golf Committee Co-Chair for the Pulaski County Bar Association and received the President's Award for 2009.
